Supervisor of Autonomous Vehicles

Holo is looking for a Supervisor for our Operations team in Copenhagen

At Holo, we're offering you a pivotal role where you'll assume daily responsibility for remotely supporting the operation of a diverse range of autonomous vehicles, including drones, freight robots, passenger vehicles, and more. A lot of the technology we work with is new and untested, so fear not - we will make sure to provide you with all the relevant training and tools.

What you can expect

This position presents an outstanding opportunity to gain knowledge in supporting all kinds of autonomous vehicles. Your responsibilities will cover various aspects of coordinating a fleet of autonomous vehicles from our dedicated operations centre in Copenhagen. You'll be part of a new team that will continue to grow with ongoing training as we add more projects.

You will be responsible for a number of different tasks, such as:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the daily operation
  • Ensuring safe on-site operations
  • Managing and documenting both expected and unforeseen service interruptions in line with Holo's standard operating procedures
  • Reporting the daily operations status to the Holo Operations team
  • Manage incidents and accidents procedures. No prior experience required

We are looking to hire a full-time colleague in our Copenhagen office although we also welcome inquiries from those interested in part-time positions.

What we are looking for

As a person, you are well-organised with an eye for the details. You have a positive mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills. You can juggle multiple priorities at a time. It’s a definite plus if you are independent and able to prioritise and structure your tasks accordingly.

The world of autonomous mobility is new to many, so don’t worry too much if you don’t feel like you have the necessary skills. Few people do. We offer extensive training and support for all aspects of the job. With a structured and curious approach, you are sure to succeed.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and service skills
  • A structured mindset and capable of handling a heavy information flow
  • Positive mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours. Shifts can be in the morning, evening and weekends
  • Curiosity to learn new systems and ways of working
  • Type B driver’s licens

It’s great if you have

  • Project management and -coordination skills.
  • More than one year of experience of working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar
